Fashion Jewelry: Earrings
Shana Kroiz' one-of-a-kind wearable jewelry is made with artistic integrity and fine craftsmanship. All of her findings are either sterling silver or 18k gold. She first carves her forms in wax and then electroforms them in 18k gold, rhodium, 18k rose gold, or oxidized copper. She also creates enamel jewelry with layers of opaque or transparent enamel, set in hand-fabricated silver or gold settings.
Large Swirl Earrings
These lightweight earrings are electroformed in 18k gold over copper with sterling silver post. These are two part earrings and the front has a typical silver post that goes threw the ear into the back half which is also the back half of the earring. They are easy to put on and to wear.

Kroiz received her B.F.A. from Parsons School of Design and an M.F.A. from Towson University. Since 1991 she has been teaching at the Maryland Institute College of Art, where she is the founder of the Jewelry Center and is currently the Workshop and Special Events Coordinator.
