Handcrafted Designer Jewelry
Nancy Norton, born and raised in the Indiana countryside, received a B.A. in Fine Arts and Interior Design from Indiana University. Her interest in color, texture, and nature led to the creation of her original jewelry. 18 Karat Gold, Multi-colored Sapphires, South Sea Pearls, Tahitian Pearls, and fancy gemstones are often used in her designs. Each piece is crafted in her studios in Lubbock, Texas, giving her control over the quality and wholeness of her art.

Working from watercolor sketches, Nancy Norton designs elegant, distinctive settings that accentuate the beauty of each hand-picked stone. Balance and proportion are very important principles upheld by the restraint in each of Nancy's pieces. The hand carving, building, casting, intricate finishing and stringing of her pieces are what make her designs sculpture.
