Chihiro Makia Jewelry

Handcrafted Designer Jewelry

Chihiro Makio has always loved creating precious little things, even from an early age. At first she thought she would become a painter, but she discovered the endless possibilities of three-dimensional objects. Makio hand-fabricates her jewelry from both metal and glass, using oxidized sterling silver, 24K gold-plated silver, and gold-lined glass beads. She pierces the metals and then sews the elements together with thread and delicate beads.
