Inspired by the symbols of antiquity and early minimalism, Danielle Birrittella crafts elemental objects in gold and precious stones for her jewelry line, Ella Poe. Her debut collection, The Constellations, is a timeless tribute to the zodiac, each work reflecting a fascination with the stories of stars. In keeping with her environmental and philanthropic values, Danielle is working toward making her pieces from EcoGold and conflict free stones.

Ella Poe jewelry is unique because Danielle Birrittella believes jewelry should be more than beauty for beauty's sake. She never lets that belief escape her design process as it fuels all her inspiration. When she first started creating jewelry, she was inspired by the prayer necklaces and rings she wore as a child as she was raised in a Hindu Ashram and wore those hand-strung pieces for the purpose of prayer. Danielle branded her line Ella Poe after her mom's last name, Poe, and her own last name, Birrittella (also where she got her nickname, Ella, while growing up).
