Connie Verrusio Designer Jewelry

Handcrafted jewelry

Where others see outmoded technologies and broken machines, Connie Verrusio sees jewels waiting for the right setting. Her brother traces this attribute to when she was a child and chased the telephone trucks asking for scrap wire. Verrusio's jewelry career began in earnest when she moved to New York City and found a dusty store in Chinatown filled top to bottom with mechanical detritus. She never left without a small bag of treasures. This kicked off a jewelry career focused around the beauty of utilitarian objects.
