Vintage Designer Jewelry
Based out of Portland, Oregon, AK Vintage Jewelry is a limited edition jewelry line by Anna Korte. With the exception of the ear wires and some of the clasps, every single piece Anna uses in her designs is 100% vintage. Anna hunts through antique stores and estate sales for special pieces, but the majority of her finds come from old costume jewelry warehouses where she can uncover small runs of vintage chains and baubles to incorporate into her work.

Anna also uses recycled leather from antique leather gloves, and transforms into designs that are current and wearable. The names of Anna's designs are each inspired by the work of a poet. Her first collection's names were borrowed bits and pieces from the works of E.E. Cummings and have been followed by writers such as Spanish poet, Federico Garcia Lorca and John Burroughs, the 19th century nature essayist.
