Fine Jewelry: Bracelets
David Yurman's signature cable bracelets, renaissance-inspired,
richly colored jewels, fine diamonds, and lustrous pearls are recognized as the essence of luxury. David founded the business thitry years ago in New York City with his wife and business partner, Sybil Yurman. In 1983, the
signature cable collection was introduced. This twisted helix design has become the cornerstone of Yurman Design Inc. The original cable bracelet was sterling silver with an 18K gold collar with gemstones on each end. Today, the design influences many of the David Yurman collections.

Pairing sterling silver with 18k gold and gemstones was visionary and it struck a chord with American women. In 2004, David Yurman re-discovered his passion for pearls. The
South Sea Pearl Collection unites exquisite pearls, which David personally selects, adorned with silver, 18k gold, and often embellished with diamonds.
David's love of color is realized with designs pairing gold, gray and white pearls. Also in 2004, Evan Yurman, son of David and Sybil, became head designer of the men's collection and has injected a fresh point-of-view into a growing category. The youthful pieces include leather, titanium, and polished, fossilized dinosaur bones in the modernized classical designs.
